Orange Sorbet

This recipe came from the Vitamix book that comes with the Vitamix. There are lots of different types and kinds, but all sound great! We got one recently and we absolutely love! We probably use it twice a day for smoothies and stuff. I tried it for am orange sorbet and it was good, but we though it could’ve used a little more arrange flavor. So I froze the remaining stuff in an ice cube tray to save for later, to put in drinks and stuff.

I used mandarin oranges from a can and dried them very well before topping. Don’t worry if they don’t look glossy yet.
After you place the oranges on top, spread as much orange marmalade as you like on top.
