This is my first time making an Ombre Rose cake. I got the idea from an awesome baking blog called 52kitchenadventures.com and it has a really good video tutorial on how to do the roses. It’s really easy and not time consuming at all! Overall, I’m happy with the way it came out. I have a couple things that would make it go easy for you if you want to do this-
1, make sure you use 8″ cake pans, nothing wider, otherwise it’s hard to pipe a max of one layer of roses. (I had 9″ and that didn’t work as good.)
2, Make sure you have enough buttercream, never too much because you can always freeze it!
